Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These areas are for member use only.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The person reserving must sign the agreement and stay at the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • This home is pet friendly for mature, well-trained dogs under 50lb only. Pet fee is $50/nt per pet.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. Hours: Thursday & Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday 1pm-7pm. Please note all visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet fee is $50/nt per pet.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • Free parking is provided.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.
